By being present and coming into right relationship with self and others in Phase 6 we can truly work with all aspects of the human body. In addition to working with various aspects of the physical body, we will spend time exploring the anatomy of the human energetic field/body, including how is in relationship with the physical and emotional components of the body, with some focus one the energetic and physical midlines and the fascia. We will also explore how the Ortho-Bionomy reflexes relate to and work through the energetic field and explore how Phase 6 works and pairs with Phases 4 and 5. Hope to see you there!
