  • Sara Spehar - Instructor/Office Manager

I was introduced to OB in 2007 while dealing with chronic shoulder and wrist pain resulting from a career in Massage Therapy. After 3 sessions I was hooked and thus began what will be a lifelong study and passion. As a former Massage Therapist I had an understanding and respect for the body but OB had a deeper resonation to connect with and a new appreciation for what the human body is capable of accomplishing. Practicing Massage is a thing of the past and the doors to this Ortho-Bionomist’s office are wide open! In the foreseeable future I will begin my studies to one day become an instructor of this amazing work.

As an RMOBC office agent I handle the paperwork and office filing side of things. I can also be used as a sounding board to current and prospective students of RMOBC.

It is such an honor to be a part of this organization and I so enjoy watching the beauty of Ortho-Bionomy unfold and grow with each new person it is introduced to. Welcome!

We’d love to hear from you! Feel free to send us a note and put the name of the instructor or staff member in the subject and we’ll make sure it gets to the right person.
