Emotions and Resolving Trauma: The most powerful understanding of the body’s ability to respond and survive trauma.  Focusing on the power of the nervous systems and how they function not only to protect us but to allow us to discharge and move forward in our lives after trauma.  It includes study of the Sympathetic nervous system and the Enteric (Gut Brain).
