Class Description:

Posture and Post Techniques:  A constructive group of techniques we can apply to client’s recovery that help strengthen and re-organize the Spine and Neck.  This class can help work with scoliosis, curvatures of the spine and function of the cervicals.  This class helps clients re-orient, restrengthen and recover on their own without pain.
